Week 9 Day 1

Yesterday I finished the 8 weeks Blood Sugar Diet.

I have lost 23lbs and  16.5 inches in total.

I have decided to continue on the 8WBSD for another 4 weeks, but not being too strict on the 800 calories per day.

I am hoping this blog will allow me to track my progress for the next 4 weeks and beyond.
